As a book lover, there is nothing quite like receiving a new book to add to your collection. With my birthday coming up, I have been thinking about the top ten books that I would love to receive as gifts. Whether they are new releases or timeless classics, these books have caught my eye and are at the top of my birthday wishlist.

1. “The Midnight Library” by Matt Haig – This novel follows the story of a woman who finds herself in a library where each book represents a different life she could have lived.

3. “Mexican Gothic” by Silvia Moreno-Garcia – This horror novel takes place in 1950s Mexico and follows a socialite who investigates strange occurrences at her cousin’s mansion.

4. “Circe” by Madeline Miller – This retelling of Greek mythology follows the story of Circe, the enchantress who turns Odysseus’ men into pigs in Homer’s “The Odyssey”.
